The following terms and conditions constitute the agreement between Park Royal Minicabs. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you unequivocally acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
“Park Royal Minicabs,” “we,” or “us” refers to the service-providing company, while “you” and “your” denote any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
2.1 Ensure sufficient time is allocated for your journey, particularly for airport transfers requiring timely check-in. Park Royal Minicabs is not responsible for delays caused by inadequate time allocation or unpreparedness at the scheduled collection time.
2.2 It is your responsibility to request a car of suitable size for passengers and luggage. No guarantee is made for excessive luggage. Children, regardless of age, are considered single passengers.
2.3 Wheelchair access must be requested during the booking.
3.1 Our quotation is based on information provided by you, exclusive of VAT. Material changes to the itinerary may result in quote adjustments.
3.2 A 45-minute waiting period and airport parking costs are included. Additional waiting time incurs standard Park Royal Minicabs rates.
3.3 Confirm the booking confirmation for accuracy upon receipt. Any discrepancies not notified to Park Royal Minicabs may result in delays or costs for which we are not responsible.
3.4 Payment options include cash, credit card, or debit card.
4.1 Passenger behavior is your responsibility. Charges may apply for soiling, damage, or negative impacts on the vehicle.
4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited in the car.
4.3 Child restraint must align with height, weight, and age.
4.4 Passenger capacity adheres to licensing or insurance limits.
5.1 Timely cancellation is required to avoid charges. Post-dispatch cancellations incur charges based on driver time and distance.
5.2 Online booking cancellations may result in charges if made after dispatch.
6.1 While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays beyond our control. Park Royal Minicabs is not responsible for any losses incurred.
6.2 Luggage is carried at your own risk.
6.3 Vehicle breakdowns prompt efforts to provide an alternative promptly.
6.4 You will not hold Park Royal Minicabs liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from actions or omissions by anyone in your party.
6.5 Liability exclusion is not applicable for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or matters unenforceable by applicable laws.
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is at risk due to abuse, violence, or damage. No refunds are provided for terminated journeys.
8.1 Park Royal Minicabs may subcontract obligations, and you may not assign or transfer rights under this agreement.
8.2 Terms and conditions may be altered by Park Royal Minicabs, with changes reflected on this page. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates effective at the time of booking.
8.3 Data processing complies with the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Park Royal Minicabs and yourself.
8.5 No third party is entitled to enforce rights under this agreement without a written agreement.
Any dispute or claim must be submitted within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims beyond this timeframe will not be entertained by Park Royal Minicabs.
